20001-TA: Zoning Regulation Amendments (Accessory Dwelling Units)
Consideration of draft amendments to the Zoning Regulations of Miami County, Kansas, pertaining to Accessory Dwelling Units. Affected regulations include Articles 2 (Defintions); 5 (Countryside); and 6 (Agricultural), and a provision may be made for Accessory Dwelling Units in Articles 4 (Planned Development); and 4A (Rural Residential). All of these districts allow single-family residential uses


The Planning Commission will consider the following subdivision proposals on October 6, 2020:


20009-SUB:  Susi Acres, a Replat of Lot 1, Keepsake Farms Subdivision
Consideration of the Final Plat of Susi Acres, a Replat of Lot 1, Keepsake Farms, creating two lots of approximately 2.46 and 28.86 acres utilizing the Agricultural Preservation Subdivision standards in the Countryside zoning district per Section 5-5.02.1.C of the Miami County Zoning Regulations. The subject property, addressed as 38764 Edgerton Rd, is located at the southwest corner of 387th St and Edgerton Rd, and southeast of U.S.-169 Hwy, in the SW ¼ of Section 6, Township 19, Range 22, Mound Twp.
