The procurement process has established a design for Miami County business cards. However, alternative designs may be requested due to an employee’s attendance at a specific event. Those cards would be temporary in nature and must be approved by the county administrator in advance.
Departments with a department logo preapproved by the County Administrator may be allowed to use their logo instead of the county logo. Requests for department business cards must be submitted to the purchasing department.
Business cards must contain the following employee information:
